Industrial IoT · since 2014
Turn machine signals into decisions you can trust.
Scitronix designs the sensors, edge gateways, and analytics that keep industrial operations running — from the factory floor to the far edge of the plant.
01 / What we do
One stack, from the first vibration to the final dashboard.
Most monitoring projects stall where the hardware meets the software. We build all three layers in-house so they behave like one system in the places that are dusty, loud, hot, and badly connected.
Sense
Ruggedized sensor nodes for vibration, temperature, current, acoustic emission, pressure, and air quality — calibrated and sealed for the plant floor.
Hardware · IP67 · 5-yr batteryConnect
Edge gateways that speak Modbus, OPC-UA, and MQTT, buffer through outages, and ship data over LoRaWAN, Ethernet, or cellular — encrypted end to end.
Edge · Store-and-forwardInsight
A monitoring platform with live dashboards, anomaly detection, and predictive-maintenance models — plus a clean API when you want the data in your own tools.
Software · Alerts · API02 / Who we are
Engineers who would rather be on the floor than behind a slide deck.
We started Scitronix in 2014 after one too many cross-country flights to diagnose a failure a well-placed sensor could have caught weeks earlier. A decade on, we are a team of control, firmware, and data engineers who deploy what we design and stay on after go-live.
- AField-first engineeringEvery product is proven on a real line before it ships to yours.
- BSignal over noiseAn alert you cannot act on is worse than no alert at all.
- CWe stay after go-liveDeployment is the start of the relationship, not the end of it.
03 / Where we work
Built for operations that cannot afford to guess.
From discrete manufacturing to utilities, our nodes end up anywhere a surprise failure is expensive, dangerous, or both.
04 / Selected work
What it looks like in the field.
A few deployments where putting the right data in front of the right people changed how a site runs.
Predictive maintenance on a bottling line
Vibration and current nodes across nine filler lines, streamed to shared dashboards so maintenance plans the week instead of reacting to it.

Environmental monitoring for a distributor
Temperature and humidity nodes across a 63,000 sq ft facility with escalation rules that reach the on-call team in seconds.
